Pink French Nails!

So typically when I get my nails painted, I always go for the common neutral/boring colors because bright vivid ones just never seemed to suit my style very much. Don't get me wrong here, I love wearing flashy colors, just not on my nails. But with it being summer, I decided for once to ditch the neutral and to go for something a bit more edgy...

I've always loved getting french done on my nails just because it gives off such a simple, elegant and clean look. However, the technician recommended that I try pink tips rather than white. At first, I was rather bit hesitant because it was obviously something that I was not used to, but then I decided to go ahead with it anyway. She painted one finger first, and it didn't look too bad, so I told her to continue on with the whole hand. After she was done... I can't say I LOVED it, but it was definitely different! To be honest, it took me awhile to get used to, but after some time, I really did like how it turned out. I received a lot of compliments and I enjoyed trying something new.

All in all, white is still my favorite option, but I wouldn't say this was a total mistake either. Will I ever get it again? Maybe. And maybe i'll end up trying a different color next time!
